The exemplary study plan for the bachelor's programme in Psychology is a brief overview of the information in the examination regulations. Please note that the examination regulations are the legal basis for your bachelor's studies and this exemplary schedule does not mean that you can skip reading the examination regulations!

You need pass the orientation exam by the 2nd semester. If you retake the orientation exam, you must pass it by the end of the 3rd semester at the latest. The orientation exam comprises the performance assessments of the module "Methods 1". 

You should have completed the exams of the basic modules of semesters 1-4 by the end of the 4th semester. They definitely must be completed by the end of the 6th semester.

This refers to the following modules: Introduction to Applied Psychology, Biological Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Perception & Cognition, Learning, Emotion, Motivation & Memory, Methods 2, Methods 3, Psychological Assessment and Personality, non-psychological optional subjects.
