Dr. Albert van der Veer

Ich habe Psychologie an der Universität Utrecht und Philosophie an der Universität von Amsterdam studiert. Nach diesen Studien habe ich meine Dissertation in kognitiven Neurowissenschaften am Max-Planck-Institut für Biologische Kybernetik und an der Universität Tübingen über Selbst- und Körperteil-Lokalisierungen in der virtuellen Realität geschrieben. Seit Mai 2022 bin ich als Postdoktorand in der AG Allgemeine Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Kognitive Psychologie tätig. Mein Hauptforschungsinteresse gilt derzeit der psychophysiologischen, insbesondere interozeptiven, und verhaltensbezogenen Synchronisierungen zwischen Menschen, und deren Beziehungen zur kognitiven und affektiven Informationsverarbeitung in sozialen Situationen. Ich möchte dieses Thema sowohl aus ontogenetischer, d.h. entwicklungsgeschichtlicher, als auch aus phylogenetischer, d.h. speziesübergreifender, Perspektive untersuchen.
